Cost reduction
For highly corrosive tanks and similar applications, we propose nickel alloys with excellent corrosion resistance.However, using the same material for all parts would significantly increase the total cost due to the high unit weight price.Therefore, at Inoue, we achieve effective corrosion resistance and cost reduction by selecting base materials such as Hastelloy and stainless steel for each part according to the usage conditions.

Proposal example for manufacturing MAT21 tanks with agitators

We manufactured tanks with agitators using the patented alloy MAT21 from Proterial Corporation.
This enabled the realization of long-term equipment durability in highly corrosive environments.
By listening to our customers’ operating conditions, we were able to select the optimal materials and processing methods, and successfully manufacture the equipment in collaboration with our partner companies.
CASE.02

Case example of manufacturing, installation, and on-site construction of a SUS329J4L tower

As an environmentally friendly device, we manufactured and installed a 24-meter-high two-phase stainless steel (SUS329J4L) tower, and also performed on-site welding.This was one of the largest pieces of equipment in our track record, but through collaboration with our partner companies, we were able to successfully complete the project.
CASE.03

Proposal example for extending the lifespan of parts troubled by wear

To reduce the running costs of parts that are frequently replaced due to corrosion or wear, we propose optimal surface treatments.We accept parts without drawings, inspect the wear condition of the surface, perform the most suitable surface hardening process, and return the parts.From then on, surface hardening is applied during the manufacturing of new parts.
There are cases where the product lifespan has been extended by more than five times.
CASE.04

Case example of manufacturing radiant tubes made from MA23R

We supplied plate-welded radiant tubes made from MA23R, an original alloy developed by Proterial Corporation.
By significantly reducing the wall thickness compared to conventional centrifugal cast tubing, we achieved lighter weight, improved maintenance efficiency, and enabled reductions in energy and costs.
