We handle materials and processed products used in a wide range of medical devices and treatment equipment, such as laminated insulation material "Super Insulation" for MRI, pharmaceutical tanks, accelerators used in particle therapy, and heavy ion/proton therapy devices.

Inoue is the exclusive general distributor in Japan for the laminated insulation material "Super Insulation" manufactured by Beyond Gravity, an Austrian company.

We import packages of 100 layers directly from Beyond Gravity. We offer a wide range of products, from roll products (tape form) to sewn products tailored to the shape and installation of the insulation material.

Applications

Insulation for tanks used for liquid helium, liquid nitrogen, and liquid hydrogen (ultra-low temperature piping, transport/storage tanks, refrigerators, inside vacuum chambers, etc.).

CASE.01

Example of Proposal for Insulation Materials in Ultra-Low Temperature Environments

We import Super Insulation (SI) from Austria, which is used to maintain the ultra-low temperature environment of superconducting magnets in MRI and other applications. To eliminate the time loss and uneven installation caused by customers manually laminating single layers, we provide pre-assembled SI with multiple layers, tailored to the required shape according to customer needs. This product is also contributing to the development of high-end models with improved performance compared to conventional models.

We have supplied equipment used in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes that require high corrosion resistance.
We provide a wide range of equipment and materials, including tanks, agitators, heat exchangers, and piping materials.
